II. Hall of Fame Banquet
a) Change it to a Recognition Dinner
b) Change it to a luncheon on Saturday before Finals
III. Proposals for Advisory Board
· Seeding: All schools must bring top 3 scores with score sheets
· Only 1 sectional on Saturday
· IHSA would automatically archive coaching records so coaches would only have to update record for the current year when register on line for State series
· Format for Finals to be 2 alternating events similar to Boys’ State Meet
· Saturday Finals order to be determined by Friday’s preliminary scores
· Advisory committee will follow up on 10 medals for event finalists
· IHSGGCA will form a committee to establish a proposal for Friday’s preliminary competition to make it a safer competition for the gymnasts
SUGGESTION: In order to avoid some potentially serious scorekeeping problems, the association would like to have Al Goodman do the scorekeeping for all four sectionals.
